Stress Busted!!

Hello Readers! Today I am going to write about my best methodologies that I have been using to get rid of stress. Let's get started, if you find this blog useful at some point of time. Please follow me in social media handle Instagram with user name Rudth Reads.

1. Stay Calm over the storm:

First and foremost I used to be calm and composed in the tough situation. Yes I know it is easy to say than that of follow. But recently I used to make this a practise as I know what ever happens in the particular moment will not long last for days or weeks. In our day to day life, we may forseen lot of worst situations that shrink us to the deep. The only control that we have it in our hand is just let it go even if it is a storm. 

For example: If you are having a bad day with your partner, rather than fighting eachother with word war I would like to ask you to prefer calm and move. In my experience, our inner peace will not affect if we choose the calm path. Yes, it may sound awkward and impractical, but I am guaranteeing you that this way will leads you to have a peaceful and happy life. Your partner may feel guilty if he/she did a mistake and come down to you. But even if he/ she didn't came down, that's not a problem as your mental peace is never gone.

2. Write your problems:

I used to write diary on a daily basis to track the good and bad happenings in my life. This is not for just recording the day but also to improve / work on my negative areas. For example: If I missed a work deadline on today, i used to list down the activities that hinder my productivitiy and will plan for alternate / speed way to achieve the same in upcoming days. I would prefer you to write a diary/ journal as our subconscious mind will be active and listen to us if we write something. Hereby we can get the solution not from the others rather from our inner subconscious mind.

3. Spend a day with special children home:

Yes! If you are feeling like you are so unlucky and stressful. I would prefer you to visit a specially challenged children home, Visually challenged person's charity homes etc. I am sure that you will something feel like thankful to God for this life. We are just complaining god for this today's life, but we never know that this life is so precious when compared to those challenged persons. We should be a change in their life. Try to do something good to them and make them smile. Because only way to find the happiness to give our love to everyone.

4. Feel like everyday is your last day:

I would prefer you to think and feel like today is your last day in this earth. If you feel like this then you may not feel the stress and sadness as you know you cannot take this stress to next day as today is your last day in this earth. You will be live max and smile max in the remaining hours of the day. 

This is the wonderful world that we are living in, We should spread about this wonderful life to everyone and make them feel like they are so lucky to born as a Human in this World ❤️.
